Clever provides access to many online learning tools including Google Classroom, Khan Academy, and more. If your child is having trouble logging in or lost their Clever Badge, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher directly, who can help get additional support as needed.

GOOGLE CLASSROOM

Login to Khan Academy for math assignments and more. You can also login by using the Clever page.

Grades K-2

Please work with your child to whatever extent possible for them to stay engaged and not fall too far behind with developing their love of learning and reading and math skills. A packet with reading activities and math problems is included here as well. The packet includes daily guidance of what students can do on their own and what activities will require help from an adult.

You can access online activities for your child by having your child log into the KIPP NYC Clever page at www.clever.com/in/kippnyc with their KIPP NYC Clever Badge. If your child is having trouble logging in or lost their Clever Badge, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher directly, who can help get additional support as needed.

After logging in, your child can access the following activities and others:

Math: Zearn — Teachers will be assigning activities directly through Zearn, an online program, for your students to complete. Your students have access to Zearn through their Clever Portal (see above).

ELA:
● Your child’s book baggie was filled prior to leaving today. Please spend some time
reading through the books included with them, encourage them to read independently, and if they finish the books they have, encourage them to read them again!
● Kindergarten Students: You can access reading to do with your child here.
● Other online programs available through Clever include Myon Reader (digital
books) and Lexia Core 5 (reading instruction), and (soon) Keyboarding Without
