Meet the KIPP NYC Team and Family

  • You will join in a belief in team and family.

KIPP NYC Schools seek to build a team of amazing educators, just like you. You will not feel alone or as if all your hard work will be undone the next year. You’ll be learning and sharing with a team of people who believe in the same things you do, who will be working just as hard as you do, and who will be trying to get better every day. And you’ll be having fun.

  • You will join in a belief in success.

    • Last year, over 91% of KIPP NYC students performed at or above grade level in Math, and 68% did the same in English.
    • By 8th grade, KIPP NYC students are at least twice as likely to be proficient in English and in Math as their peers in their local district.
    • KIPP NYC students have a 97% average daily attendance rate.
