KIPP AMP Elementary and KIPP AMP Middle School in Brooklyn have 61% of the students in their building, but are given only 40% of the space.
KIPP AMP Elementary and KIPP AMP Middle School in Brooklyn share space with two other schools, MS 334 and MS 354. The 2015-16 Department of Education floorplan gives much less classroom, gym, and library space to KIPP AMP compared to our neighbors. Additionally, the plan puts the littlest of KIPP AMP students on four different floors – a disruption of space that hurts both students and staff. Join us to let the DOE know that #AllKidsCount and all kids deserve the proper space to learn and grow.
